                                                      A taxa de recursos h\u00eddricos, segundo o decreto-lei n\u00ba 97\/2008 de 11 de junho, alterado e republicado pelo Decreto-Lei 46\/2017, de 03 de maio, visa compensar o benef\u00edcio que resulta da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o privativa do dom\u00ednio p\u00fablico h\u00eddrico, o custo ambiental inerente \u00e0s atividades suscet\u00edveis de causar um impacte significativo nos recursos h\u00eddricos, bem como os custos administrativos inerentes ao planeamento, gest\u00e3o, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e garantia da quantidade e qualidade das \u00e1guas.<\/p>

                                                      A taxa de gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos, segundo o decreto-lei n\u00ba 178\/2006 de 05 de setembro, visa compensar os custos administrativos de acompanhamento das respetivas atividades e estimular o cumprimento dos objetivos nacionais em mat\u00e9ria de gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos.<\/p>

                                                      De acordo com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor cabe \u00e0 entidade gestora a imputa\u00e7\u00e3o das referidas taxas aos consumidores finais, pelo que se informa que as mesmas ser\u00e3o aplicadas, em 2026, em valores por m3 de \u00e1gua consumida, de acordo com o seguinte:<\/p>
