color: #316cb5;\"><a style=\"color: #316cb5; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.simar-louresodivelas.pt\/index.php\/campanhas-de-educacao-sa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consumo da \u00e1gua da torneira<\/a><\/span> e da recusa de bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas, como os refrigerantes.<\/p><p>Os SIMAR participaram no programa de atividades organizado pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Pais da Escola, com a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de um <em>workshop<\/em>, dinamizado pelo chefe\u00a0Bruno Godinho, onde aprenderam, entre outras coisas, \u00a0a preparar \u00e1guas aromatizadas.<\/p><p>Explicando a import\u00e2ncia de beber \u00e1gua e os reflexos no nosso organismo (e os n\u00edveis de qualidade da \u00e1gua da torneira em Loures e Odivelas) partilh\u00e1mos algumas dicas e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para beber \u00e1gua de forma divertida.<\/p><p>\u00c1gua com sabor a alguns frutos, ervas arom\u00e1ticas e at\u00e9 legumes, tornando-a mais saborosa sem qualquer adi\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7ucares artificiais.<\/p><p>Um momento muito participado e de grande entusiasmo entre mi\u00fados e gra\u00fados que colocaram muitas quest\u00f5es com grande curiosidade sobre o tema.<\/p><p>As receitas de \u00e1guas aromatizadas apresentadas no <em>workshop<\/em> baseiam-se na edi\u00e7\u00e3o, pelos SIMAR, das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simar-louresodivelas.pt\/index.php\/arquivo\/3d-flip-book\/22-receitas-com-agua-da-torneira\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #316cb5;
