target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #316cb5;\">Locais de Atendimento<\/span><\/strong><\/a> dos SIMAR<p>ou<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>preencher e enviar o <strong>\ud83d\udd17<\/strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Requerimento-Ramal.pdf\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #326da8; text-decoration: underline;\">Requerimento &#8211; Pedido de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de Ramal<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a> atrav\u00e9s de email para o endere\u00e7o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #326da8;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #326da8; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:geral@simar-louresodivelas.pt\">geral@simar-louresodivelas.pt<\/a><\/strong> <\/span><\/span>e anexar prova de titularidade do im\u00f3vel, atualizada: caderneta predial ou licen\u00e7a de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ou outro.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Os ramais de \u00e1guas residuais dom\u00e9sticas e de \u00e1guas residuais pluviais poder\u00e3o ser executados, opcionalmente, pelo requerente, com empreiteiro habilitado para o efeito.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Caso opte por solicitar autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do seu ramal de \u00e1guas residuais dom\u00e9sticas e\/ou de \u00e1guas residuais pluviais, dever\u00e1 preencher a Parte II, deste
